You should also focus on your mindset and feelings. They are a significant part of your mental and emotional state. Take time to read his advice and suggestions on how to manage and change your mindset so that you can be more positive and optimistic when facing situations.
Living with strength is not a pie-in-the-sky concept. It is an achievable reality because of how much will power you possess. All you need to do is find what your core strengths are and then leverage them to your advantage. Try using them to start making improvements in areas of your life that you want to improve.
Being successful in any area of life is not a matter of luck. Although luck may play a role, it cannot eliminate the possibility of a good life with fitness.
